Webmaster: Person of party that has downloaded or used a ASP.NET Template from ASPNetTemplates.com.

Footer Credit Links: Text links referencing ASPNetTemplates.com and any associate/s. These text links are printed in the footer area of each of the Free ASP.NET Templates.

Agreement

This agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to a Webmaster's use of the Free ASP.NET Templates. If this agreement is terminated, Webmaster must cease using the Free ASP.NET Templates available at ASPNetTemplates.com.

This agreement becomes applicable when a Webmaster successfully downloads or uses any one of the Free ASP.NET Templates offered at ASPNetTemplates.com.

ASPNetTemplates.com and Webmaster are not in a business relationship.

ASPNetTemplates.com is free to offer this opportunity to any Webmaster.

Webmaster declares that Webmaster is legally entitled to make use of ASPNetTemplates.com.

Webmaster hereby applies to use the ASPNetTemplates.com Free ASP.NET Templates as per this agreement.

Webmaster WILL NOT REMOVE the ASPNetTemplates.com Footer Credit Links from the Free ASP.NET Templates. This is strictly forbidden and will result in serious legal penalties to Webmaster. If Webmaster feels that the Footer Credit Links are not appropriate or that they violate any applicable laws, then Webmaster may not use the Free ASP.NET Templates.

Webmaster will hold ASPNetTemplates.com harmless in relation to any damage or loss that Webmaster may incur as a result of Webmaster’s use of ASPNetTemplates.com.

Webmaster agrees to fully compensate ASPNetTemplates.com for any loss or damage that ASPNetTemplates.com may incur as a result of Webmaster’s conduct.

ASPNetTemplates.com offers this services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees of any kind. ASPNetTemplates.com does not guarantee that ASPNetTemplates.com will be fit or suitable for any purpose.

ASPNetTemplates.com reserves the right to prohibit or stop Webmaster from using ASPNetTemplates.com if ASPNetTemplates.com believes Webmaster has breached any provisions of this agreement.

ASPNetTemplates.com’s failure to enforce a particular term or condition herein does not constitute a waiver of the same.

This agreement and services at ASPNetTemplates.com may change at any time. Changes will be posted at the ASPNetTemplates.com website. Webmaster will immediately be subject to any such changes.

If it is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction that any provision contained in this agreement is illegal or unenforceable, such determination shall solely affect the subject illegal or unenforceable provision and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions in this agreement.

This agreement supersedes any and all negotiations, understandings or agreements, whether written or verbal, between ASPNetTemplates.com and Webmaster regarding the subject matter hereof. This agreement may not be changed nor modified, nor may any provision hereof be waived, except in writing by ASPNetTemplates.com.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canberra ACT, Australia. Webmaster hereby submits to the Jurisdiction of Canberra ACT, Australia law.
